Instructions: BEFORE making any changes to the exterior of your home or property, you MUST complete the Home Improvement Application (also called the ACC Application) and submit all the required information for approval to Randall Management. A contractor may assist you in completing the ACC Application, but it must be signed by the property owner of record. If you submit an ACC Application without the required information, it will be DENIED.
Checklist for Completing & Submitting an ACC Application:
- Have you included a Plot Plan, Plat, Survey or detailed drawings describing the proposed improvement? You must clearly indicate where you plan to make the improvement and include your existing house and improvements, dimensions, lot lines, easements, and any other pertinent information.
- Did you include a list of materials to be used and colors?
- Did you include the anticipated start and completion date?
- If you’re painting the exterior of your home, did you include the paint color sample and manufacturer? (See approved paint colors on the Association website)
- If you plan to install a new roof, include the shingle manufacturer, type and color.
- If you are planning a new Landscaping project, include a sketch with the location clearly indicated along with all measurements of landscaping and distance from lot lines clearly marked, and a list of plants and materials you plan to use.
- If you are replacing your fence, clearly show the location of the fence, distance from lot lines, easements, height of fence (no more than 6’6″ if rot board used), and materials to be used.
- Include photos or anything else you want to be considered.
Please take a few minutes to review Willow Pointe’s Architectural Review Guidelines and Governing Documents before completing your Home Improvement Application. After you submit your ACC Application to Randall Management, WPHOA’s Modifications Committee (or “ARC”) will evaluate your request. If your ACC Application is complete and your request is within the established guidelines, it may be approved in as little as 1-week. If the ACC Application is incomplete or the ARC needs additional information from you, the process may take up to 30-days. Like the Board of Directors, members of the ARC are fellow homeowners and volunteers who give their time to help maintain the community aesthetics for the enjoyment of all Willow Pointe owners and to preserve property values.
