Home Improvement Application Form

All exterior improvements and modifications MUST be approved by the Modification Committee /ARC before you begin any work: EVEN if you are replacing your fence, roof, or repainting. Please click here for the Architectural Review Guidelines & ACC/Home Improvement Application.
Effective October 1, 2024, a $25 application must accompany the same or substantially similar exterior modification application that has previously been denied twice within the last two (2) years. The $25 application fee is non-refundable and must be paid in the form of a personal or cashier’s check to “Willow Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.” and mailed together with the Home Improvement Application to: Randall Management, Attn: Venecia Perez, Property Manager, at 6200 Savoy Drive, Suite 420, Houston, TX 77036. If you submit a third Home Improvement Application without the $25 application fee for an exterior modification that has already been denied twice within the last two (2) years, it will not be considered.

 

Community Garage Sale- October 18th – 20th, 2024

WPHOA’s fall community garage sale is scheduled for Friday, October 18 – Sunday, October 20, 2024. Homeowners are invited to take part in the garage sale by setting up items to sell in your own garage or driveway for 1-day or all 3-days, with suggested hours between 8am – 3pm. Volunteers will put up signs at the entrances to the subdivision. You can make your own sign to put at the end of your street but DO NOT attach your sign to any street sign, pole, light fixture or mailbox. And please remember to remove your signs at the end of the garage sale.
