All exterior improvements and modifications MUST be approved by the Modification Committee /ARC before you begin any work: EVEN if you are replacing your fence, roof, or repainting. Please click here for the Architectural Review Guidelines & ACC/Home Improvement Application.

Effective October 1, 2024, a $25 application must accompany the same or substantially similar exterior modification application that has previously been denied twice within the last two (2) years. The $25 application fee is non-refundable and must be paid in the form of a personal or cashier’s check to “Willow Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.” and mailed together with the Home Improvement Application to: Randall Management, Attn: Venecia Perez, Property Manager, at 6200 Savoy Drive, Suite 420, Houston, TX 77036. If you submit a third Home Improvement Application without the $25 application fee for an exterior modification that has already been denied twice within the last two (2) years, it will not be considered.
